Exchange Policy

Sport Podium allows their valued customers to exchange or return the permissible products as per Sport Podium policy.
All the items received for exchange or return are subject to quality check and approval.
In case of any deviation in the product received or noticed by the quality team, the item is subject to no exchange or no refund to the customer, instead, the item will be sent back to the customer at the customer cost of shipping.
The exchange of items is subject to availability of size & color at the time of item received at fulfillment center.
In case if the item requested for an exchange is not available in stock at that point of time the Sport Podium team will notify the customer either to keep the item value in his / her store credit or refund back as per customer choice.
The exchange of items takes a minimum of 5 to 7 working days from the date of receipt of items at sport podium fulfillment center.
Customer reserves the right to collect back the amount due to the customer in case the exchange of item is out of stock.
Customers should follow the exchange & refund through our E-Commerce portal. On call exchange & return request are not entertained unless an official mode of communication is opted by the customer.

Return Policy

Customers can return the item when

General guidelines of return

The product should be in unused condition, without damaging the tags, barcode & shall be returned by the customer in original package / box.
If the seal is broken for fitness watches the return is not accepted unless the product has manufacturing or technical defects.
Returns & refunds are accepted through the online portal and not accepted at offline stores.
Products used or damaged by the customer post-delivery will not be accepted or returned.
Products / items which fall under the below categories are neither exchanged nor returned as per our health & company policy.
